Regular coaching, supported across your teams

Your recordings, analytics and QA may already identify what is worth discussing. one2one helps coaches and team leaders prepare within your coaching model, using campaign evidence and personal insights into work preferences.

Less preparation creates more time for timely conversations. A shared approach supports consistency across coaches and team leaders, while personal insights help each conversation land. A shared record helps them recognise progress and build on previous coaching.

The subscription supports that continuing coaching relationship. The value is regular support for agents, stronger performance for the brands you represent and a coaching approach your operation can sustain profitably. The wider Sariio platform is included.

We do our best work when we can play to our preferences

That principle underpins the twelve beliefs and SARIIO model.

Research behind the coaching approach

Regular, meaningful feedback is associated with engagement. Engagement is associated with retention, customer loyalty, productivity and profitability. This is the rationale for the virtuous circle one2one is designed to support: regular coaching, support and development, and stronger retention and performance.

These findings concern feedback and engagement. one2one's contribution needs to be assessed on each campaign. Sources: Gallup on meaningful weekly feedback and Gallup's engagement meta-analysis. Our articles explore coaching frequency, performance and retention.

How personal insights shape Alex's coaching

This is a practice refund call. Alex's name is changed. The suggested conversation and follow-up are illustrative.

The same campaign standard

A refund offered at 1:50 becomes a discount in the closing summary at 2:15. The campaign requires an accurate summary. That standard stays the same for every agent.

Preparation for this coach and Alex

Alex's supplied preferences favour examining detail carefully. For a coach who prefers to move quickly, the guidance suggests putting both transcript lines side by side and allowing Alex time to respond. The coach checks the approach with Alex; together they can agree how to check the summary on later calls.

The same-call comparison shows different coaching guidance with the same QA finding. The earlier Sitel case provides separate background on the preference-based approach.

The monthly subscription

No more than £25 an agent a month

Lower rates apply to additional agents in larger teams. The minimum is 10 agents, £250 a month. Team leaders, coaches, QA and managers are included, along with the wider Sariio platform.

Graduated bands apply. Prices are in GBP, excluding VAT. See all bands and examples.

A paid starting engagement

The starting conversation covers your coaching model, campaign priorities and how you would assess value. David sets out the participants, scope, fee and review date in a written proposal, including what the subscription covers.

See preparation on your own evidence

A no-charge comparison with three to five agents and their coach offers a small demonstration before a paid engagement. It shows the preparation; the ongoing engagement and subscription are paid.
