For partners

Your client relationship. Your expertise. Supported by Sariio.

Clients remain where a relationship carries continuing value. Sariio extends what your practice offers between engagements: maps, comparisons and coaching your clients revisit, in a portal with your brand alongside Sariio. For consultants, coaches, HR advisers and recruiters.

The portal

A deeper relationship with every client.

A Sariio map shows, in plain language, how a person prefers to connect, think, decide and get things done. Your client portal holds the maps, the comparisons people have agreed and the coaching that follows, so the work carries on between your visits.

Your clients return to their portal for a new starter, a new team, a difficult conversation. Each return is your practice at work without you in the room, and the next conversation starts closer than the last.

Breadth The strongest predictor of a client's intention to remain: the breadth of what they use with you, and the relationship built around that use. Burnham, Frels and Mahajan, Journal of the Academy of Marketing Science, 2003 (opens in new tab)
Usage How often customers used a provider's platform was the strongest predictor of remaining. Ease of use on its own made no difference. Chen and Hitt, Information Systems Research, 2002 (opens in new tab)

A client whose managers open their maps every week has both: breadth of use and a relationship built around that use. The more the portal does for that client, the more reason the client has to remain with your practice. The full case is set out in Why clients stay: the data flywheel.

A first meeting usually runs on a deck and a promise. Yours can open a portal: a short survey for a small group, and the prospective client’s people already on the maps when the conversation starts. Your proposal follows from what those maps show.

Precedent

Practices have run on Sariio since 2009

Saviio, the earlier generation of Sariio, became the working tool of SAM Headhunting in Copenhagen - now The SAM Group - used by its consultants across sixteen countries and translated into eleven languages besides English. Nigel Frank International has used the same survey since 2009 across EMEA, the United States and Asia Pacific, and reports a drop-out rate reduced by more than 35 per cent since adopting it. Sariio itself was the in-house survey at Schulmeister Management Consulting in Vienna.

How it works in a practice

Your brand alongside Sariio

Co-branded with your practice. The reports and the client portal carry your identity alongside Sariio, and your clients work in your workspace.

Every map type, one survey. Your clients' people take the survey once - sixty statements, about 12 minutes - and you build myMAPs, teamMAPs, successMAPs, cultureMAPs and Circles from the results as the engagement develops.

Built for teams and cohorts. A circleMAP shows every working relationship inside a team, a training group or a leadership programme - with AI commentary on what each pair shares and where they differ. One tap places any member at the centre.

No platform fee. No contract. Every report, comparison and AI narrative is included. Pricing depends on your practice and is agreed in a conversation. Talk to Sariio about what yours looks like.

In the client's hands

Your client experience

Managers who understand the people they manage, and fewer regretted exits.

Culture is the collective language and behaviour of an organisation, and behaviour follows preference. Sariio shows a client how each person on a team prefers to work, how the team fits together, what the consistent performers in a role have in common, and what the whole organisation is like to work in. Managers open those reports in placement, coaching and one-to-ones, so each conversation starts from how that person works. Recruiters interview against the successMAP, so new hires resemble the people who remain and perform.

The outcome for the client is fewer regretted exits and teams that understand each other, with the evidence for each claim in the data Sariio produces. That is the story, and the story is yours to tell. The method in full is on the Why Sariio page.

Getting started

Two ways in: Solo and Solo+.

Sariio Solo is for the work you do yourself. Start with your map, invite people to compare, and use Compare, Ask Sariio and COACH within your practice. Sariio Solo+ adds the co-branded client portal: your clients’ people take the survey there, see the maps and work with the tools, under your brand alongside Sariio.

Free onboarding calls come with both tiers. Workshops are available for a more intensive experience - see what’s included. First month free. No contract. Cancel anytime. Prices are on the Pricing page.

Beyond the reports

From reports to embedded practice

Most surveys end at the report. Sariio starts an engagement. Partners can run a structured two-to-three-day programme that takes a client from first survey to embedded practice - maps in hiring, onboarding, coaching and one-to-ones - with a 30/60/90 follow-through that builds return visits in by design. You set the fee; the session plans, facilitation notes and materials are included in the partner year. Nothing is mandated - run it as written, adapt it to your practice, or set it aside. The platform does the measuring so that you can guide the transformation: Sariio extends what you sell and never replaces it.

Standards you can put your name to

Evidence your clients' DPOs will accept

Your name goes on these reports, so the governance has to hold. Data is hosted in Frankfurt, encrypted in transit and at rest, with organisation-level isolation between your clients. The AI commentary is gated and logged, no automated decision is ever made about an individual, and the platform takes no biometric input of any kind. The complete position - GDPR, POPIA, sub-processors, incident response - is published in the trust & AI governance declaration, written to be handed directly to a client's DPO.

Bring one client engagement

The best way to judge Sariio is inside real work: a team you coach, a role you recruit for, a programme you run. Your client relationship. Your expertise. Supported by Sariio.
