Put the instrument inside your own practice
If you advise clients on people - as a consultant, a coach, an HR adviser or a recruiter - Sariio AI can become the working instrument of your practice - your brand on the reports, your clients in the workspace, and your advice grounded in evidence from the client's own people.
This model has run at scale before
The earlier generation of this instrument, Saviio, became the working tool of SAM Headhunting in Copenhagen - now The SAM Group - used by its consultants across sixteen countries and translated into eleven languages besides English. Nigel Frank International has used the approach since 2009 across EMEA, the United States and Asia Pacific, and reports a drop-out rate reduced by more than 35 per cent since adopting it. Sariio itself was the internal instrument at Schulmeister Management Consulting in Vienna, the executive search firm where I ran marketing.
The platform is the product here - partners run Sariio AI entirely under their own steam, with no consulting engagement attached. The pattern in every case is the same: the instrument turns a transactional engagement into a standing relationship. A consultant who holds the maps holds the conversation the client keeps coming back for.
Your brand, your clients, your maps
White-label ready. Reports carry your identity, and your clients work in your workspace. Sariio stays in the engine room.
Every map type, one survey. Your clients' people take the survey once - sixty statements, around ten minutes - and you build myMAPs, teamMAPs, successMAPs, cultureMAPs and Circles from the results as the engagement develops.
Built for cohorts. Circles map every working relationship inside a training group, a leadership programme or a project team - with AI commentary on what each pair shares and where they differ. For coaches, a Circle is a programme's spine.
Commercials by conversation. Partner arrangements are shaped around your practice, and we work them out together; the first step is a conversation.

The consulting is yours - the maps open the door
Most instruments end at the report. This one starts an engagement. Partners can deliver a structured two-to-three-day programme that takes a client from first survey to embedded practice - maps in hiring, onboarding, coaching and one-to-ones - with a 30/60/90 follow-through that builds return visits in by design. You deliver it at your own fee, and the fee is entirely yours; the session plans, facilitation notes and materials are included in the partner year. Nothing is mandated - run it as written, adapt it to your practice, or set it aside. The platform does the measuring so that you can guide the transformation: Sariio extends what you sell, it never replaces it.
The Partner Programme - three days that open two-year engagementsEvidence your clients' DPOs will accept
Your name goes on these reports, so the governance has to hold. Data is hosted in Frankfurt, encrypted in transit and at rest, with organisation-level isolation between your clients. The AI commentary is gated and logged, no automated decision is ever made about an individual, and the platform takes no biometric input of any kind. The complete position - GDPR, POPIA, sub-processors, incident response - is published in the trust & AI governance declaration, written to be handed directly to a client's DPO.
Bring one client engagement. We'll map it together.
The best way to evaluate the instrument is inside a live piece of work - a team you coach, a role you recruit for, a programme you run. Tell me about your practice and we'll find the right first map.
