Working with Sariio. For BPOs and in-house contact centres.

Sariio starts with one campaign.

TL;DR Sariio starts with one campaign, one site, one team leader and that leader's agents for a defined period, and David quotes a fee only once the fit is clear. Sariio takes on three jobs, the first ninety days, the team leader's coaching and the senior team's culture, and keeps each to a size one person serves well. Read moreShow less

The first campaign is small by design.

One campaign, one site, one team leader and that leader's agents for a defined period are enough to show whether the coaching lands, because two of the measures, time to feedback and the QA or customer measure you most want to move, are ones a campaign already reports, and the third is what agents and managers say when asked directly. A result on one campaign earns the second conversation, which is the one about the senior team's reading.

David quotes once the fit is clear.

After the first half hour has settled what you want to improve, David quotes a fee per person per month for everyone with a myMAP, the personal map of work preferences each agent completes, and a separate one-off fee for the senior-team culture reading. This site publishes no fee and David raises no invoice before that point, so the first conversation asks half an hour of you and nothing else.

Three jobs

Sariio takes on three jobs.

The team leader knows each new starter in week one.

Around 70 per cent of a contact centre's first-year leavers go inside ninety days (COPC, 2024). Sariio reveals how each new starter works best on day one, so the team leader opens the first conversation from the starter's preferences rather than from a blank sheet and coaches each week from there. The Retention page sets out the evidence for the first ninety days.

The team leader coaches every week.

Gallup puts 70 per cent of the difference in team engagement down to the manager (Gallup, 2015). Sariio prepares each coaching conversation from the record of the call and the agent's work preferences, so the manager coaches weekly, soon after the call, in a way each agent recognises. The Coaching and performance page shows the note the manager receives for Alex, the agent on the cover of the book behind Sariio.

The senior team reads the culture.

Gallup records 18 per cent of South African employees engaged (Gallup, 2026). The twelve-minute survey each agent completes, read across a site, shows the senior team where the culture on the floor helps the work and where the culture slows the work, as a one-off reading and then as the Culture Blueprint, the written record of the culture the senior team chooses to keep. Across sites describes that reading.

The first half hour

Half an hour settles the fit.

TL;DR Bring one campaign and the person who coaches on that campaign, and the first half hour online settles what you want to improve, who's involved and how we'll both know whether the coaching is landing. The written proposal for that campaign follows that conversation. Read moreShow less

David says what sits outside Sariio.

The tools built for the call serve a campaign that wants prompts inside the call or a component on the agent's desk, and David says so in the first half hour, because a campaign that outgrows one person is better declined than promised. The Your questions page answers what an operations director, an HR director and a DPO ask in the first meeting.

The second conversation belongs to the senior team.

Once one campaign shows the coaching landing, the survey read across the site shows the senior team the culture on the floor, and the Blueprint follows from that reading, so the second piece of work grows from evidence on your floor.

Useful to bring

The campaign, the people and the measure.

Which campaign, who coaches on that campaign, the record of the call you keep today, and the QA or customer measure you most want to move.

Partners

Consultancies and vendors work with Sariio too.

A consultancy, a call-analytics vendor or an independent coach adds the preference layer beside the work already done for each client. Partnering with Sariio describes that arrangement.
