By translating preference data into visible team dynamics, the Map helps managers create the conditions for autonomy, mastery, and purpose, directly influencing engagement, retention, and productivity.

This is Sariio’s first paid tier, turning individual insight into collective performance improvement.

The Compass (Post-Funding)

The Compass extends Sariio’s intelligence to the organisational level.

It provides leaders with a strategic dashboard that aggregates preference and engagement data across teams, departments, and geographies.

This gives organisations a measurable view of cultural health, showing where alignment supports business goals, where motivation is at risk, and where leadership interventions can have the greatest impact.
